Architectural Projects Manager

At Constructora Jiménez, we are looking for an ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS MANAGER
to lead both the design and technical coordination of our projects. You will direct interdisciplinary teams and work across multiple departments, ensuring design consistency within the regulatory framework, operational efficiency and proper alignment with the company’s sustainability criteria.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Direct and manage architecture and technical coordination teams, ensuring their productivity, performance and professional growth.
• Lead the architectural design of projects, ensuring high standards of quality, innovation and sustainability.
• Integrate and synchronize information from diverse technical disciplines (structural, MEP, interiors, among others).
• Develop the overall design and layout of projects, and oversee general drawings and construction details for on-site execution.
• Coordinate technical studies and provide architectural supervision.
• Manage urban planning permits, material specifications, construction and condominium (propiedad horizontal) drawings, and multiple zoning studies for urban properties.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
  .
• At least 5 years of experience leading architecture departments.
• Experience in team coordination and contractor management
  .
• Knowledge of Lean Construction, BIM, Revit.
• Experience leading architecture and project design teams, and preparing condominium (propiedad horizontal) regulations.
