Sustainability certifications
WJ Tower, developed by Constructora Jiménez in Santa Marta, has earned major international sustainability certifications:
- EDGE certification for its residential component
- EDGE Advanced certification for its office component
These certifications are awarded by EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), a program of the IFC – International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, which recognizes buildings that optimize the use of resources such as energy, water and materials.
This achievement positions WJ Tower as one of the region's leading projects in sustainability standards.
