With more than 40 years in the real estate market, Constructora Jiménez has established itself as one of the most solid companies in the region and a leader in Santa Marta, contributing significantly to the city’s urban and architectural development with more than 40 projects built across the tourism and residential sectors.
The company was founded in 1986 by engineer Wilfredo Jiménez Ortega, a native of Santa Marta who turned his dreams into a city. Today, that legacy carries forward through a new generation with the founding and growth of Jiménez Constructores, Promotora Jiménez, Urbanizadora Jiménez and Inversiones Jiménez Monroy, companies led by his children that, together with Constructora Jiménez as the parent company, make up the Jiménez family business group.
